Filled with hundreds of potted plants, the Nurseries is inspired by the bohemian charm and cobbled streets of New York’s Tribeca. Serving all day breakfast and lunch favourites alongside bustling cocktail bar, champagne room and evening DJ sets create a lively vibe.
The Rockpool is our haven of crustacea and fish sustainably sourced from the seven seas. A sea–blue hued raw bar is complemented by the live Rockpool housing the freshest North Atlantic lobster, Kelly oysters and King crab, set in a decadent atmosphere of boisterous lively sophistication.
The Salon, a tribute to the grand dining rooms and illustrious brasseries of Europe and New York. A roaring red–brick fireplace, the backdrop for talented chefs to flame-grill and roast the finest cuts in the most immersive open kitchen pass.
A twinkling new bar, perched behind the dining room where cocktails, music and timeless design converge to create an unforgettable experience.
The final act from The Guild brings nightlife and special guest DJs alongside percussionists - keeping the vibes alive into the night.
