The Rockpool
The Rockpool is our haven of crustacea and fish sustainably sourced from the seven seas. The raw bar is adorned with sea–blue ceramic tiles, complemented by the live Rockpool housing the freshest North Atlantic lobster, Kelly oysters and King crab set in a decadent atmosphere of boisterous, lively sophistication.
The Salon
The Salon is a tribute to the grand dining rooms and illustrious brasseries of Europe and New York. A roaring red–brick fireplace is the backdrop for talented chefs to flame-grill and roast the finest cuts in the most immersive open kitchen pass..
